Weekly prices We inform you that in all South Tyrolean accommodations there will be a municipal accommodation charge from 01.01.2018, amounting to 1,45 € per person and per night for our Apartments. This charge don't affect children under the age of 14 years.

Included services: • Free use of all buses with the Val Gardena Mobilcard. • The above listed prices are PER WEEK, incl. bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, parking lot for the car in the garage and on the parking area • If the apartments are left in a bad condition, we charge Euro 60,00 (Apartment 2) and Euro 80,00 (Apartment 3) for final cleaning. • Once a week you can ask for your towels to be changes without any further charges • Ski room and ski boot dryer • Internet WI-FI • Crib and highchair for children • Reservations must come alongside a commission through our bank account • The apartments are free at the latest at 4 pm • Animals are not allowed: There are many children and adults who fear dogs. According to that and also for hygienically reasons we have decided not to allow pets at CËSA SELLA

Charged services: • NEW Charging station for electric vehicles in the garage. • Usage of the washing machine and the drier in the washroom.

Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation up to 1 month before departure, the entire deposit will be credited for 1 year for the same number of persons and the same length of stay.
In case of cancellation 1 month or more before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the agreed price will be charged.

Covid caused Cancellation:

In the event of government regulations such as lockdowns, border closures and quarantine requirements, the booking can be cancelled on both sides free of charge and at short notice.
